Because this state has very few regulations for the PMU industry, it’s important to choose your artist carefully. Remember, this is your face and your body. PMU procedures break the skin and expose bodily fluids, which can put clients at risk if the artist is not properly trained in sterile technique and bloodborne pathogen safety. As a registered nurse, I bring an added level of expertise, with knowledge of how certain medications and/or health conditions can increase bleeding or affect the procedure.
I specialize in natural, everyday brows that look full and realistic on their own, yet can be enhanced with makeup for special occasions.
I design each brow by following the client’s natural facial features and brow bone, creating a shape that truly complements their face. With advanced knowledge of color theory, I carefully blend pigments to achieve a flawless shade that harmonizes with both their natural brow hair and skin tone

Permanent Brow Consult
$25
Receiving a Permanent Makeup Tattoo (PMU) can be scary, but we are here to ease the anxiety and create a seamless process.
At the consultation, the client will be able to view the clean and comfortable environment at Eudora, while the expert Artist and Owner carefully performs a thorough assessment of:
– Skin tone
– Skin Type
– Brow anatomy, shape, and symmetry
She will also conduct a full screening for any health conditions or medications that could potentially pose an issue.
A skilled and custom recommendation for choice of technique will be made while considering the Client’s brow goals and wishes.
Eyebrow Microblading
$395
Microblading uses a manual handle and very small precise blade to create thin and crisp micro-cuts (essentially the depth of a paper cut) in the skin, which are then filled with pigment to look like real hair. This is the most natural looking option and is best for client’s with normal- dry or combination skin. This style creates a soft, natural ‘everyday’ look, not heavily filled in and without the appearance of makeup.

Ombré Powder Brows

This technique uses a tattoo machine to create a pixelated powdered brow that mimics the look of makeup. This brow style is ideal for clients who typically fill in their brows with makeup and want a polished, ‘perfectly filled’ look. It’s a versatile technique that works beautifully on all skin types, including oily skin.

Combo Brows

Combo brows are a combination of Microblading and shading to create a natural looking brow with a bit more dimension than just microbalding alone. This technique is best if the client usually fills in their brows with makeup or has minimal brow hair. Microblading strokes must be spaced 1–2mm apart to ensure that once healed, they remain crisp and defined rather than blurring together. For clients with existing brow hair, the strokes blend seamlessly to create a fuller look. However, for clients with little to no natural brow hair, the result can appear a bit sparse; in these cases, adding soft shading helps create a more blended and natural finish.

Nano Hairstroke Brows

This technique uses a tattoo machine with a single point needle to create fine, natural-looking hair strokes similar to microblading, but with longer-lasting results. It is less invasive than other methods, making it gentler on the skin and allowing for quicker healing with minimal flaking. This option is especially well-suited for clients with very oily skin, as well as those with mature or thin, sensitive skin.

6-12 week brow touch-up session
$100
This is for established clients who had their initial eyebrow pigmentation procedure within 6-12 weeks.
This appointment allows the artist to go over any light areas, make the brows thicker, darker, or a slight shape change. During the healing process, some flaking is normal and occasionally a stroke or small area of pigment may be lost. The touch-up appointment is designed to perfect the brows by replacing any areas that may have healed unevenly. Many clients achieve their desired results after just the first session, as Melisa’s experience and technique ensure the pigment is implanted correctly and evenly for excellent healed results. However, because every client’s skin heals differently and aftercare plays a big role in retention, the touch-up appointment is offered as a separate, optional service for those who may need it.
Please do not book this appointment if you did not have your initial appointment with Melisa, or if you already had a 6-12 week touch up. If you already had your 6-12 week touch up, please book the 3-24+ month touch up option.
If you are more than 12 weeks post initial session, you will be charged an additional $100.
3-24+ month brow maintenance touch- Up
$325
This service is for established clients who have completed their initial procedure and 6–12 week touch-up with Melisa, and now wish to have a color refresh or additional maintenance session.
It is generally recommended to receive a maintenance touch-up annually, though many clients with better pigment retention can wait 1.5–2.5+ years. Melisa carefully documents the exact needle, color blend, and technique used for each client to ensure every future touch-up provides the same consistent result.
For best results, it’s ideal to schedule once the pigment has significantly faded, but before it disappears completely. Once you are an established client: meaning your first procedure was done with Melisa, all future touch-ups are set at $325 regardless of how much time has passed, whereas many other artists require clients to pay the full procedure price again.
Henna Brow Tinting & Shaping

This is an all-natural henna dye that promotes eyebrow hair growth and health. The tint stains both the brow hairs and the underlying skin for 2–4 weeks, providing a temporary effect. This is not tattooing.
Henna is a great option if you’re not yet ready to commit to the full tattooing procedure. Think of it as a natural dye for the brows and skin beneath, giving you a filled-in look without being permanent. However, because the stain does not adhere well to bare skin, the best results are achieved when there is at least some natural brow hair present. Please do not book if you have no eyebrow hair.
Brow Lamination
$65
This is a brow lamination perm that relaxes and straightens the eyebrow hairs, creating a fuller, fluffier look similar to using brow gel to brush the hairs upward. It can also straighten curled hairs or help flat, outward-growing hairs lay in place, making the brows look more tame and polished. The results last 4–6 weeks, are non-damaging to the hair, and the service can be repeated every 6–8 weeks. *This is not a dye or tint*
Brow Lift & Tint

This service combines brow lamination (perming the brow hairs upward to create a thicker, fuller look) with henna tinting (staining both the hair and underlying skin with natural dye). The lamination lasts 4–6 weeks, while the tint lasts 2–4 weeks. It’s the perfect all-in-one service for taming, defining, and perfecting your brows.
