I found someone cheaper, why not go with them?
You can most certainly go with a cheaper option, but, that will most likely result in poor technique, unsanitary settings, or adverse color changes. The art and technique of cosmetic tattooing is very difficult to do correctly, trust me, it only took 6 certifications, and 15k later for me to fully understand how to properly create realsitic looking brows…
If this procedure was on an area that was not so delicate, than the cheaper option may be ok. But for such a delicate area you are really going to get the quality of what you pay for.
The average price of Microblading is $550. This price is typical of the seasoned artist that has quality work and results.
Prices of coure fluctuate depending on area location and demand. More experienced, or “Expert Artists” like myself, typically charge above the standard market rate to reflect our expertise and skill. Usually more expereinced artists are booked multiple months in advance and also train others.
When paying a little more and booking with a very expereinced artist, you are making sure you are getting the results you want the first time, with no hestiations or questions. They will make you feel completely comfortable and ease you through the entire process to getting the brows of your dreams.

Why are the screening and contraindications strict?
I know.. you probably read through the contraindications and screening and think you are on a site to donate a kidney.
These are only for your protection since we are working with thinner facial skin and want to 100% make sure adverse results are avoided.
Generally speaking, any cut in the skin has a risk for infection, however, certain disease processes increase a persons’ risk for developing infection or running into healing issues. Diabetes and autoimmune disease disorders are the msot common.
Blood thinning agents will thin the blood and make it very hard for us to see the micro cuts and intricate skill we need to see. The bleeding also really does cause the pigment to heal almost completley out with barely any retention.
Blood thinners are actually in caffeine (coffee, tea), fish oil, and alcohol!
Medications that have blood thinning properties: Aspirin, Ibuprofen, NSAIDS

What all goes into taking care of a brow tattoo?
Permanent Makeup aftercare is quite different and more intricate than a normal body tattoo aftercare. Because the facial skin is porous and more sensitive, it needs to be kept clean, dry, and hydrated.
Brow cleaning: Using pure castile soap, the brows are cleaned the night of the procedure using a swiping motion in one direction. The soap is provided in the aftercare kit and comes in a pump so that is is foam.
Brow Rinsing: at the sink, using cupped hands, the client will use room temperature water to splash the brow area and clean the foam soap off of the area.
Brow Drying: Using a lint free paper towel, the client will pat dry any excess water that is left on the brow area. Or the client can choose to let them air dry.
Brow Hydration: After drying the brow area, the cleint will use a pea sized amount of the provided brow lotion and use a single swiping motion to apply to both brows
The Cleaning, rinsing, drying and lotion steps are repeated every morning and every night for 12-14 days until all scabs/ flakes are gone and the brows are healed.
General Rules: Avoid sweating in the brow and face area for 14 days (sweat has salt and salt will dissolve the pigment). Avoid touching the brow area and sleeping on the brows for the healing period (around 14 days). Absolutely no sun exposure and no pools or submerging in water for 14 days. Keep dry in the shower (shower face shields will be provided).

Is Microblading Harmful?
Microblading by definition is manual cutting of the skin usuing a hand tool and micro – blade to make micro paper like cuts filled with ink in the skin.
The cutting only goes through the top layer of the dermis and NOT into the hypodermis. The dermis contains some blood and lymph fluid. The hypodermis contains blood, lymph fluid, nerves, oil glands, and vessels.
When done properly at the correct depth, Microblading does NOT scar the skin. Scarring is only seen when artists with poor technique cut through the skin and implant the pigment too deep into the hypodermis.
